By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the raja07 platform located at raja07.pro (hereinafter referred to as "raja07," "the Platform," "we," or "us"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplemental rules or guidelines posted on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the raja07 platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of raja07 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on raja07, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. raja07 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or at any point at raja07's discretion.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Registering on behalf of a company, trust, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of raja07 or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or technology partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up -to-date information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not already hold another active raja07 account. One account per person, household, device, and IP address is the permitted limit.

raja07 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Accepted documents include government-issued CNIC, passport, and utility bills for Pakistani players.

Each registered player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their raja07 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your raja07 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify raja07's support team immediately via the live chat function available within the Platform.

• You may hold only one raja07 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• raja07 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

raja07 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on raja07:

• Deposits: Funds deposited to your raja07 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, less any applicable processing charges.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your raja07 account, or to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for eligible payment methods, subject to identity verification status.
• Pending withdrawals may be subject to security review. raja07 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before releasing funds where it deems this necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.
• raja07 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may levy their own charges for which raja07 bears no responsibility.
• All funds held in your raja07 account are held in segregated accounts and are not used for raja07's operational expenses.

raja07 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash outside of the platform's standard wagering requirement process.
• Each promotion will specify a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• raja07 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after being credited, any winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, collusion, or exploiting software errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. raja07 may withhold winnings, close accounts, and recover any losses incurred as a result of such conduct.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, and IP address is permitted. Multiple claims will be voided.

All games available on raja07 — including live casino tables, RNG slots, sportsbook markets, cricket betting, star fishing, and all other products — are governed by their respective game rules as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game only.

• All betting and gaming decisions made by a player are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the Platform. raja07 will not reverse a confirmed bet or wager except where a technical fault demonstrably affected the integrity of the outcome.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records held by raja07's server shall be the definitive source of truth. Server logs and transaction histories are maintained and are available to players upon written request to the support team.
• raja07 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or sportsbook event, raja07's standard disconnection policy shall apply. Bets already confirmed at the time of disconnection remain valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on raja07 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting in a manner that exploits Platform vulnerabilities, or any other activity designed to manipulate game outcomes.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in raja07's systems. Any player who discovers such an error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward raja07 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the raja07 Platform, including the accounts of other players or raja07's back-end systems.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information to raja07 at any time.

All content on the raja07 Platform — including but not limited to the raja07 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of raja07 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the raja07 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any raja07 content without express prior written consent from raja07.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raja07 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

raja07 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and technical faults may cause temporary unavailability. raja07 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit raja07's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

raja07 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering on raja07, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

raja07 may share your data with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. raja07 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. raja07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to raja07's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, players must submit a written complaint to the raja07 support team. raja07 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, raja07 will direct the player to the applicable external dispute resolution body.
